What we look for
Great submissions are:
- Original — never published elsewhere and not copied from other sources.
- Helpful — actionable, practical, and written for real people (not just SEO).
- Readable — well-structured with headings, short paragraphs, and clear takeaways.
- Accurate & honest — factual claims supported by sources; disclose affiliate or sponsored relationships.
- Attractive — include high-quality images you have rights to, or indicate image needs.
Submission guidelines (quick checklist)
- Send a short pitch first: proposed title, 3–5 sentence summary, target audience, and 2–3 sample links (if any).
- Full articles: 800–2,000 words (flexible — longer evergreen guides welcome).
- Include a short author bio (25–40 words) and a headshot (optional).
- Links: one contextual author/site link is allowed in author bio; internal links to Elfmalls content preferred. No spammy link lists.
- Images: attach or provide image URLs and confirm you own the rights or they’re free to use. Caption and credit image sources.
- Formatting: use headings (H2/H3), bullet lists where helpful, and a short meta description (1–2 sentences).
Editorial policy
We edit for clarity, tone, and SEO. We may: request revisions, add internal links, or adjust formatting for consistency. Submissions that are overly promotional, unsafe, or violate copyright will be declined. By submitting, you confirm the work is original and you grant Elfmalls a non-exclusive right to publish it.
Compensation & ownership
Contributions are typically published on Elfmalls with credit to the author. Payment is not guaranteed unless explicitly arranged in advance. Copyright remains with the author, but by publishing with Elfmalls you grant us the right to host and promote the piece.
